International Customers: EMS packaging is unavailable in certain areas due to the spread of COVID 19. The air freight including related charge is increasing this year, shipping fee can be higher than last year. It can have custom examination and cause parcel delay a bit. We have been seeing parcels sit in customs all over the world for up to 2 weeks with no update to the tracking information. These orders are eventually delivered, you will just have to be extra patient. Or can directly call the local courier to ask for status.

>> Shipping courier use FedEX/ DHL/ UPS or EMS(Express Mail Service) depends on different area. Tracking number will release once order got paid and shipped.
>> Cost Including Freight (CIF) only calculated at our online store checkout page. But it does not include Value Added Tax (VAT) of your home country. You may be required to pay the different tax not only import duty at your front door. The total tax amount will be calculated based on the amount of your purchase. Inability to fulfill your local VAT for your purchase from our online store is not a valid reason for refund.
>> Shipping days will be around 2~4 days to Asia, 5~7 days to Europe/ Northern America and 7~10days to Southern America depends on each area. The delivery time could postpone due to custom clearance or flight delay.
(1) To avoid unnecessary trouble. Please check if your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for correct your address and only ship item followed the info you filled into our order shipping/ billing requirement.
If the item is unable to delivery and finally ship back due to wrong address or lack of phone number to reach attendant, we will charge the accordingly freight and cost loss(product price x 20%) to the buyer.
(2) It's our responsibility to do well packing to avoid item with high risk of delivery damage. However, please check your item(s) before accepting the item(s) from the postal officer. Do not accept the item(s) if they arrive damaged or broken packing. It is important that you reject the ties in the presence of the postal officer. Your items can then be processed for exchange or refund when it gets back to us.
If you have accepted the items from the postal officer and would like to ship items back to us for any specific reasons, air freight charges will have to be bear by your side.
(3) The scratches or damage sometimes may happen by the shipper, if you found the scratches or damages, please inform us at first. Since we do all well packing before shipment, if the shipping damages obviously caused by the shipper, we will ask the refund from the shipper which takes around a month to proceed refund process. If you don't add insurance when you choose shipping option, the shipper may not refund the money. Please aware this before check out.
