  • What is fixed gear and single speed bike difference? Do you only sell fixed gear?

Fixed gear is a kind of single speed bike. Some people call it fixie that all the drivetrain including chainring, chain and sprocket can only forward or backward together. Once you pedal, the wheels will only move to same direction with your drivetrain. It requires a lockring to secure the cog(sprocket). 

In the other hand, normally people call single speed bike are coasting brake hub or freewheel can let you coast and put feet on the pedals without pedaling but wheels keep moving forward.

We mainly sell product for fixed gear but also the single speed bike parts and accessory as both of them can in common use. 

  • Do you ship worldwide? 

Of course, we currently ship to 48 countries. You can refer to our "Shipping" page to check if ship to your region.

 

 

  • How's the shipping rate and delivery days?

You can check the shipping fee at check out page, the estimated delivery days will display on it as well.

We use mainly use DHL or FedEX/EMS for some region. You will have a tracking number with the courier site link to track your parcel. 

However the international shipment may occurs some delay due to custom clearance or flight transportation. You just need to keep patient waiting.

  • Does the price included tax, VAT or duty fee?

No, the price is net price with shipping fee only. Other fees incurred by your country included tax, VAT or duty fee will have to pay your side.

  • Can you do lower value invoice for shipment?

If you have this inquiry, please write us mail or remark on the order. Otherwise we normally do the actual value for shipment invoice based on export regulation.

  • Do you make custom complete bike?

Yes, we do. Except the complete bike set on shop, we can special customize bike for client. We already made some fine work and ship abroad. If you have custom bike inquiry, please send mail to us faithgearfixie@gmail.com.

We requires your height, preferable color or style(photos sharing is better) and the most important budget.

  • Can I book a pre-order if item is out of stock?

If you made back in stock requirement, normally we will automatically notify you once item is available. But sometimes the item needs few months to replenish or perhaps we don't restock the size or color you want.

In case of your waiting in vain, we strongly suggest to do pre-order. The pre-oder needs 30%deposit and please write us mail for booking faithgearfixie@gmail.com.

  • I saw some item on your Instagram or Facebook but not on the wen shop, can I order it?

In this case may caused by two reasons.

1. The special items you saw came from our customer purchase out side that we haven't import to our shop yet.

2. The items you saw is a discontinued product or limited product which already sold out.

If you did want that product, we welcome any inquiry thru mail or FB/IG inbox.

  • Do you provide warranty?

Except our designed item, other items warranty come from manufacturers, it should be covered by each brand under their warranty policy. We only provide our own product and custom bike warranty for 14days on the date you received your product. ​

  • I received wrong item and really mad at it. How should I so?

We will check all item correct and fine before shipping, but we are people like others could occasionally make mistakes.

If you received something other than what you ordered we will obviously do everything best to make it right as soon as possible. Please kindly write mail let us know before fussing or judging. We'll take good care of you!

  • I received a damaged or defective item. How should I do?

It is our responsibility to pack well but is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the parcel before open the box especially before install. The damage, scratches or dents may occurred during shipping.

If you find exaggerated broken on carton surface, you have right to reject parcel. Otherwise the goods right is on your side. 

 

We highly suggest to add shipping insurance in case of damage by courier. Please contact both the courier and us first to deal. Do not discard any boxes, packaging or packing materials, as the courier may be needed to file an insurance claim for receipt of damaged goods.

Please note if the item became damaged during installation or use, there isn’t much we can do.

  • I received items that looks not 100% like the photos on shop.

The product photos in our shop almost shoot from us. We try to make each product photos update but sometimes it cannot immediately update due to plenty of category product.

And the manufacturer occasionally changes the logo, painting, edge angles or the design of a product which can make this discrepancy.
