RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Exclude Sale and Clearance, if for any reason you do not love your items once received, and the condition is still new, with tags, haven't be used, they can be returned at any time!
Our return policy is within 10 days. Please note we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange past 10 days from the date you received the goods.
Below are the steps you need to follow for return & refund policy:
If you received goods in 10days and want to return or exchange.
1. Please attach your invoice got from us and the photo proofs the well condition, ensure it is never be used as same as you received. Email to email@example.com
2. Please ship back your item with original packing to our shop address. Shipping fee or any custom fee shall be paid to you.
3. Once we received ship back item without damage, we'll proceed refund or exchange process and send confirmation mail. (Exchange will send ASAP if product in stock. If it is out of stock, we'll inform the estimated arrival day to you.)
*Prior to each purchase, to avoid unnecessary waiting time, we ask that you do your own research especially for complete bike, wheelset and pre-orders as most of them are not refundable/returnable.*
If you received wrong goods.
Please attach photos and inform us first. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will see each case to deal with. Sometimes the back and forth shipping already exceed our cost. But don't worry, we will take good care of it! (It may need your cooperation for pick-up time arrange and label print.)
If you received goods but be broke or damaged.
1. Please do not accept the parcel if you notice there is an obvious broke on the carton. We do well protector packing before shipped. Normally the exaggerated broke 90% happened by courier once leave our counter.
2. If you accept and found the scratches or crashes by chance, please inform us first.
3. If you don't add the insurance on shipping option, the courier may not refund you the lost. (We strongly suggest to add it especially for high value product.)
PLEASE AWARE "THE REFUND EXCLUDE OUT OF STOCK ISSUE IS WITHOUT PAYPAL HANDLING FEE(4.4%) AND SHIPPING FEE".
The refund will be refunded to your Paypal account or credit card balance. (Some country will receive amount in few days due to some regulation or restriction, just need to wait more days.)
We have happened few times that the parcel is lost by courier.
If confirmed parcel lost is due to the shipper and would like to make refund, we can make it but should await after the express company refund to us.
To clarify this issue responsibility is not on us, the refundable amount is based on the express company rules as well. We don't expect this problem happen. It is unpredictable and really rare to happen.
